Thoughtful SOP, especially on the flexible payment terms. You should maintain that, because most personal user won't have big funds for the recovery job.

The bulk of the data on my HDD was recovered by ADRC within the estimated time-frame provided. They were able to recover my data where another service provider had been unable to after a much longer period of time.
